In today’s busy, fast paced world, we have become HUMAN DOINGS as opposed to HUMAN BEINGS, learning to use THE POWER OF BREATH can do wonders mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually during our busy and often frantic day to day life!

There is simply NO MAGIC PILL or MAGIC BUTTON to introduce mindfulness and calmness when needed! It’s all about PRACTICE to eventually become a natural process or a habit to use during our day to day life and especially when we are being triggered either physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually.

The purpose of this workshop is to guide and introduce basic breath exercises which can easily become a standard daily practice to reset, re-energise, restore and also to let go!

Power of Breath Video Sessions



The purpose of this video series is to guide and introduce a basic breath exercise which can easily become a standard daily practice to reset, re-energise, restore and also to let go!

Such 5 to 15-minute exercises can be done first thing in the morning to start the day in a mindful and calm manner and/or just before bed to reset and let go to have a nice re-energising sleep.
