Join a group of 18 to be led by Ian and Max for an AMAZING week of fitness, training, activities, yoga, mindfulness, breath work and more while staying in an AMAZING villa as a group.

All training sessions, yoga and mindfulness classes are optional (however you are encouraged to step out facilities in a mixture of private and public classes.

The retreat and fitness is lead by the one and only (Mr UTG)  Ian McCoy. After fighting in Thailand over 10 years ago, Ian fell in love with the quality of Muay Thai training, the abundance of high level strength and conditioning facilities and Phuket’s amazing culture and beaches. With his understanding of the local life and language, Ian now takes groups on unforgettable fitness adventures.

Ian is the Trainer’s Trainer as well as training, rehabilitating and masseuse of professional athletes including WBC World Champion Sakio Bika and other professional fighters, as well as celebrity trainers such as Shannon Ponton to keep them on top of their game. Ian enjoys all aspects of fitness and hopes to pass on both knowledge and passion for keeping healthy and fit.

Aside of all of Ian’s abilities as an athlete and trainer, his best asset is in his softer side as one of the best person you will ever meet. Ian’s simply has a heart of GOLD!

 

Max Dagenais Re-Energise Mind & Body

To Become HUMAN BEINGS as OPPOSED to HUMAN DOINGS!

Max will be leading the Wellness which will include yoga, breath work, mindfulness and more.

As most of us LIVE very busy lives and unfortunately have to deal with stress perhaps more than we want to, Max introduces tools and strategies to help people to SLOW DOWN the MIND and BODY.

The purpose is to RE-ENERGISE both your MIND and BODY while EXPERIENCING different mindset and activities such as yoga, fun fitness, mindfulness, healthy habits and food to help us deal with the very busy lifestyles we currently live in!

Like anything in live, there is NO MAGIC PILLS to promote and health mind and body! Lots of different things have to be done together bringing such re-energise feeling which MUST THEN BE MAINTAINED moving forward. SLOWLY but SURELY!.

The centerpiece of the property’s enchanting and verdant outdoors is the 10-meter swimming pool which has a built-in underwater jacuzzi where you can soothe sore muscles with a relaxing dip. Up on the pool deck, you can stretch out on one of the pool beds when the time is just right to get a tan.
