
Meet our lovely Tianjin or Tia, who is part of our Re-Energise Mind and Body tribe as our main female yoga instructor, workshop leader and retreat leader.
Tia has taught yoga for over 10 years, run workshops and hosted retreats throughout Europe.
Now a Mother to two children she is back in her homeland and continuing her passions including yoga, pranayama and breathing techniques, meditation and more.
Through yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, and establishing a realistic daily routine, Tianjin believes that we can keep our bodies and minds balanced, vital and healthy as we move through the seasons and especially during our often-hectic day to day life!
