Unfortunately, we also seem to be Human DOINGS and NOT Human BEINGS also on weekends as we try to fit so much in to somewhat compensate for the often frantic week of doing!
When it comes to mindfulness, as little as 10 minutes can make such a difference for both our mind and body! Simply finding a peaceful place where you can perhaps use your breath as a way of slowing down and enjoying a beautiful view as opposed to simply rushing past as we often do!
